First, make sure the disc is clean. Any type of smudge or scratch (even microscopic) can cause an error. Don't just look at the disc....REALLY examine it closely. Second, use the newest version of DVD Decrypter that came out on Dec 28th (version 3.1.9.0).

I ripped the Movie-Only using DVD Decrypter in IFO mode and had NO problems. In the settings on the IFO tab, make sure all the boxes on the left are checked. On the right, only Stream information is checked.

The only problem I had with Matrix Reloaded was watching it.

I had no problem ripping MATRIX RELOADED using FILE MODE ALL FILES in DVD Decrypter. At the time I was using either 3.1.6.0 or 3.1.7.0 I honestly forget now.

It sounds like the problem could be a dirty DVD disc or a dirty DVD lense on your DVD drive.

Clean the disc as best you can and try again. If you still have trouble then clean the DVD drive with one of those CD cleaner discs.

If neither work see if you can get another copy of MATRIX RELEADED to rip.

I didn't have any trouble ripping Reloaded either, I used Decrypter in file mode to do it.

Does the disc play in the RW drive? If it does then your disc and drive are probably OK, reinstall Decrypter. If it doesn't play then check it in another DVD drive or your stand alone. If it plays there then you are looking at a drive problem if it doesn't your disc needs cleaned.

There's not very many things that could be wrong.
