mpeg2 problem !!

Hi, i have read the list of problems at the top of this forum, but i'm still having problems opening an mpeg 2 file in Tmpgenc. I have installed the mpeg2 codec and increased the Direct Show..... to the highest priority.

I am trying to convert an mpeg 2 to dvd, but every time i try to open the mpeg 2 in tmpgenc it says, unable to open file - not supported.

i have tried looking for the answer but cant seem to find it.

Try to open it in Virtual Dub mod. If it does open, then frameserve it to TMPGEnc Plau.

doesn't open in virtual dub either, it says "Mpeg Import Filterack synchronization error"

hey, it worked through virual dub Mod, but now i dont know what u mean by frameserve it to Tmpgenc Plus??

How do i do that??

Go to the Edit section, and look for framserve

i cant find anything in Edit section but in File section there is "start Frame Server" ??

I meant the Edit section of this site. Go there first, to make sure you have a good guide.
