    Is there anykind of plugin for Premier 6.5 that I can download for this or is there any recomended software for this?

    heard you can download the nimo codec (or something like that). I have heard though that some folks have had problems with it.

    ive tried to convert xvid videos with premiere 6.5 also, and it locks up everytime i try. ive tried different xvid codecs but none of them will work. ill try the nimo one though. right now i just use tmpgenc to convert them. takes longer, but it gets the job done
