I have a problem in making a fluently running VCD from avi (divx). With a non moving camera all scenes are perfect, but with a moving camera the picture does not run fluently (little hick-ups), no matter what kind of actionscene it is.
Tried everything(?): diff. encoders (TMPG,LSX,Pan), diff codecs, making SVCD,diff OS (98SE,Mill,Win2k),diff DVD players, frameserving ect.
Here is my system: PIII600,512mb,Maxtor HD (7200), MB MSI6199VA,Nvidia TNT2Pro 32mb.
I hope someone can help me out, I'am running out of options.
