  1. A DvD I'm squeezing has 2 layers, one is fullscreen and the other is widescreen.
Basically I Want to get rid of the widescreen movie (chapter 1)

I went to Re-Author mode, which is fine for getting rid of the widescreen part, but I notice it does not have any of the menu's etc.. as draggable chapters for authoring. Are they automatically included?

It only has the Movie 1 + 2 (wide and full) and then the extra feature movies, but no menus.

But in Full Disk mode I can see the menus and all. Should I just put the widescreen chapter to still picture compression or is there a way to omit that chapter and still keep the menus. Thanks in advance.

  2. Re-author mode does not allow for menus. If you wish to keep them you will have to backup the whole disk and make anything you do not want STILLs.

Or the other option might be to use Nero Recode 2.
