  1. Using TCSV, and Martin's guide, I've had no problem making working VCDs. However, I can't seem to get the intro mpg to play properly. I haven't actually tested a VCD on a physical DVD player, as I test all of my images using powerDVD before burning them (I have enough coasters already). PowerDVD seems to hate any intro mpg I put in, though. I've tried different formats using TMPGEnc, and different intro files, but the audio is always either out of synch or actually crashes the program.

Images I've created work fine once you get past the intro (the rest of the mpgs aren't messed up)

Does anyone have any ideas? Maybe something is wrong with PowerDVD?

  2. BTW, I'm referring to the actual "intro mpg" field on the settings tab in TCSV, not Martin's nested moving menu workaround.

  3. hey whats up

i had the same problem, just got it to work

    open your tmpgenc

    go to file, mpg tools

go to basic demuliplex, add your mpg as the input

it will give you two files, then go under basic multiplex and put em back together

    sounds kindof stupid....but it works

    try it, let me know
