Panasonic DMR-E80HS can some one upload a ISO file

I would like to see if the Panasonic burn's would work on my DVD player's. Could some one upload a small DVD file with a ten second clip to burn for testing. A friend of mine gave me some Panasonic DVD-R that he burn with a E20 or E 30. The do not work on any thing but I think he did not burn them right at all. There a funny ring at the beginning of the DVD-R. I have tried them on about ten DVD player's but done work. I really do not think this is a Panasonic problem. I think there was soming he was not doing right. I have no other way to test since he took the DVD recorder back about a year ago.

Sounds like he never finalized the discs. They won't play on anything other than computers if not finalized. They will still play on his E20 or E30 though...

He said he did but I do not think he did. He said he hit stop and it would finalize. But I think he just stopped recording. He think's he finalized them. Also these disc do not play on my Pioner AO4 DVD PC burner. But is there a way I can finalize on the PC?
