    I burned it on a Memorex CR-RW with nero. I played it on a dvp_s530d dvd player. This site said it should play cd-rw. What should i do?

    Hello!

    This site does not say it play SVCD's. It does not so sorry your Sony player only plays VCD's. Read about your player here:

    I would definetly recommend you to buy a new player your player does not even play MP3's.

    If you would like to watch your movie on your player you need to convert it to VCD a format with less resolution so I would not recommend it most VHS tapes look better. But if you like to convert your SVCD file to VCD for burning here is the guide on how to do it:
