    This May sound stupid to some of you that are experts, but
    I have several (more than one) videos w/sound in an rdr format.
    I unpacked them to a cue/bin format. Thats where I stand.
    I want to convert this cue/bin to ???? using ?????
    Then Convert ???? using ????? to a format that can be burned to a DVD+R that can be played on dvd player.

    you need to extract the movie from the bin and find out what format it is currently in. then you can proceed to convert to dvd compliant files.

    I'm guessing you have a SVCD(or VCD). Either way you can convert the .bin to mpeg using VCDeasy. Once you determine the quality of that file it's up to you how you want to convert to DVD mpeg.

    I need to know what software I used to convert to svcd or whatever to burn 1-4 files to a single dvd
