  1. After decrypting a DVD-9 film and using DVD Shrink, can I then burn it with DVD Decrypter? If so, how?

  2. Download ImgTools Classic (freeware). Make an ISO image of the shrunken file in ImgTools and burn that with DVDDecrypter.
    Pull! Bang! Darn!

You'll need something like IFOEdit to create an ISO image of what DVDShrink did for you. IFOEdit is also free by the way.
Load your main VOB into IFOEdit....click Disc Image....remember(or pick a better spot) where it will place the image....wait about 5 minutes and presto.....you have an image ready to burn in DVDDecrypter.
That is my number one method of doing what you are doing....but simply because I haven't learned everything there is to know about this stuff yet....
There may be a shorter way....but this way works fine for me.

You want to burn with ImageTool instead. Check the Tools section at left.
