How do I lock a VCD before burning it???

I am burning VCD's to play on DVD players. Everything works and looks great, but I want to know how to put a secure lock on the cd (VCD). I want to lock it where no one else can make a duplicate of the VCD , but myself. Is there a program out there to do it (like it requires a password that is secure or something else). Thank You.

No, nothing like this exists. You cannot put a copy protection system on a VCD that:
1. is not trivial to overcome
2. or that will lead to non-copmpliance in the disc (and thus the likelihood that it won't play on stand-alone players).

The best copy protection if it really is that important is to not lend it to anyone and put it under lock and key.
