Ive got an mpeg movie that I watch with real player on my pc, but I want to convert it to mpeg 1 so I can watch it on my dreamcast. How do you do it? The dreamcast only reads mpeg1 files 'cos I tried to burn the mpeg and watch it but all I got was ' this is not an mpeg1 file'. I am using gyplay.

Virtually all MPEG files are MPEG-1 since MPEG-2 takes so much horsepower to encode and decode.
It's more likely that your file just isn't appropriately formatted i.e. bitrate, resolution, framerate, audio etc
Since I didn't even know the DC could play video, I have no idea what sort of settings you would need...
