I have a 40' run from my PC to my Audio/Video system. I'm considering ADVC-100 or DAC-100 or Pyro A/V Link
I hear Firewire is only good for 15' max.
I hear Firewire repeaters do not work with ADS products. I'm not sure about Canopus or DataVideo.
Anyone have success with these units using longer than normal firewire cable or repeaters?
