i have some audio tracks that are louder in one speaker and also quite quiet is there any way i can even out them out and make them louder?

1. Load the original audio into Gold Wave.
2. Select the channel that has the highest volume.
3. Select Effects-->Volume-->Maximize
4. Select Edit-->Copy.
4. Select the remaining channel, and press Delete. This drives the channel's volume to zero.
5. Select Edit-->Mix.
6. Save and exit.Hello.
