  1. Hi,

I am in the process of making a home movie using Pinnacle Studio. I have taken a compliation of photos and videos and music and I am going to burn it on a dvd. My cannon digital camera takes short AVI movies which I would like to incorporate into my movie. I understand that the quality will be poor at best when viewed on a tv screen, but theses avi files are of my sons first few seconds in this world and it is very important to me.

So here is the problem. When I try to render the video in pinnacle I get a message that says " The selected clip has a non-standard fram rate that cannot be encoded to MPEG" Is there a way to convert this avi file into a framerate that pinnacle would accept?

You could try using TMPGenc to convert the AVI to mpeg and then import that into Pinnacle.

You had the setting wrong. At the bottom of the main screen under Stream Type, select System [Video & Audio].
    Hello.
