I have been using 'Any Dvd' and 'Clone Dvd' to back up a number
of my daughters Films. I've done about eight succesfully with no problems.

The last one I tried Thunderpants (Sorry !!) the Pc crashed right at the end
of the read. After I re-booted etc, I tried to make another copy but now
get this error message when reading the disc:

And it throws up the same eror on all discs I try, even the copies that i've made.

    Any ideas would be appreciated

    Thanx

  2. Don't know what this is, but have you tried to uninstall and re-install clonedvd? I would give that a try if I were you.

Have you by chance ran out of disk space on your C: drive?

  5. I don't know what version of clone dvd you are using but what you are experiencing was a known bug in earlier versions. The solution was to disable anydvd and rip the files to your hard drive (all the files) with dvd decrypter and transcode those files with clone dvd. Remember to disable any dvd first. Let us know how you make out.

    Oooops........Not enough Disc space !!

I originally had 9.4gb left on my hard drive but I have been tinkering
with a conversion program, the result was nearly 2gb of Temp Bmp files
    which obviously hadn't cleared and I didn't spot !!

I tried Dvd Decrypter which showed the same error, Clone Dvd didn't
explain what the error was but Dvd decrypter did say not enough disc
space !!. So Pixel Land had it !!

Had a good clean up, now got 12gb free and everything seems to work fine again.

Thank you for taking the time to reply and help.

You are all now my personal Hero's
