IFOEdit questions

I have a few IFOEdit questions, I hope some of you can help with these
1) is there a detailed guide on how to use all the features in IFOEdit ? if yes, where can I find it
2) I have combined 20 music VOB files wth VOBEdit, then use IFOEdit to author a DVD. IFOEdit creates a DVD with 20 chapters (as I wanted). However, then I play the DVD on my Pioneer player, it works as follows
a) to select a chapter, I MUST push the correct numeric key(s) then the selected chapter plays (which is good)
b) the NEXT and PREV key do not work, they always cause the first chapter to play !!!
c) during play back, my Pioneer player always show TITLE 1, CHAPTER 00 !!!
Issues b and c above do not exist when I author my DVD with other tools (these tools cannot support more than one audio channel, therefore I must use IFOEdit)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

the IFOedit For Dummies page has some good info, I don't know if I'd call it "comprehensive"... then again, I haven't found anything more in depth, other than tons of forum posts.
