Have some quicktime movies that I want to convert to burn to dvd. I know I can use sizzle but using quicktime pro 6.5 with the mpeg2 converter, (the new one that works) what options do I select to export the movie so that sizzle will understand it, Wayne.

If the Thunder don't get you,
the Lighting will. -
New Sizzle ( ver. 0.51b) will understand MPEG-1 files,
so your still SOL.
You will need QT Pro 6.5 AND
Toast Titantinum v. 5 or better ( I prefer v. 6).
That is the ONLY way you can export MPEG-1
files from QT PRO, with the Toast Tit. Video CD plugin,
which comes bundled with Toast Titanium v. 5 or bettter,
but be warned, the Video CD plugin has a built in limitor
of 700MB. If you exceed that built in size in your export,
it will tell you the file size is too big, and you will have to split
it into two files, and thus two MPEG-1's. To get MPEG-1 files
over the 700MB limit, you will have to use ffmpegx.
As for your MPEG-1 settings, you need Standard (quality), NTSC (video), FIT ( ratio). This has always worked for me.
