    Everytime I conert a files it enlarges it to 320x240. Is there anyway to keep the original size?????

    If you want it as VCD you cant keep the size but you can keep it from resizing, under settings->advanced Video arrange method: Center(keep aspect ratio) and TMPGenc will add black borders.
