I use TMPGENCE DVD Author to author my dvds. Instead of using their image for the background for the menu I want to make my own. What I don't know is what size should I make the .jpeg, so it would look good on a TV. I tried checking out the pictures from TMPGENCE but they are locked up and can't be accessed. Please help.

I don't use TMPG for dvd authoring, but most of the authoring apps I've used recommend a 720x540 image for a background, to insure total coverage onscreen.
