I haven't used any wireless print servers on my wireless network. I just leave my two hooked up to my internet computer and share them out. If I were to get one of the wireless print servers I'd probably get a Linksys one. Using it should be a no-brainer if you've already configured a wireless network.
Sharing a scanner over a network is a far different story. Depending on the res you're scanning that can be a lot of data being transmitted. You'd need something that was basically a wireless USB switch. If you're using a letter-sized flatbed just get one that's USB-powered and take it back and forth. You've still gotta be next to the thing to place what you want scanned on it, right? -
Get the same brand print server as your router, because they usually work better together. (Such as D-Link Airplus+ 4X compatible stuff)

mol3000,
just adding my two cents. I have used the D-Link 4 port print server (and IMHO) it sucked so much that I had to return it.
An earlier poster suggested staying with the same brand as your router. I cannot agree more. I have been a big fan of NETGEAR for some time. I only tried the D-Link cause it was "cheaper." I should have paid the extra few bucks and got the NETGEAR right off. Their stuff is like the old TIMEX watches, "takes a licking and keeps on ticking." Having said that I bought the NETGEAR PS110, its a wired 2 port version vs rf but my recommendation you cant beat it. If memory serves they do make a wireless print server but alas my local store did not carry it. re:wired print server. To top things off if your router is wireless then putting the print server right next to it will be quite feasible with a short 3 foot cable.
