weird IFOedit error

hey
i demuxed badboys2 with vobedit, i wanted to add dutch subs, so i created a dutch .sup file, and when i try to author all the files together with ifoedit i get this error:

after the second error, i get a runtime error and ifoedit closes


anyone might know how i could fix this?

I've used IFOupdate (not IFOedit) and every time I got an error message,
Runtime Error '6'. I changed Control Panel > Regional Setting (or Regional
Option).

For my case (I'm using US English Windows XP SP1a), I changed
Unicode setting to US English, then there were no more errors. IF you
set your unicode setting to your local language especially 2byte asian,
try to set it to US English.
