I need help with a AVI movie im trying to convert to SVCD.
The aspect ratio of the film is 576 x 240 and when i convert it so it fits my 16:9 pal TV with tmpgenc at fullscreen it looks like the people is 4 meters tallwhat am i doing wrong????
i tried converting it using to NTSC 16:9 and it looks a little better (i think the movie is in NTSC) but they are still tall..
576x240 is 2.4:1 so there should be black bars on the top and bottom on my TV since its a 16:9 TV but i cant get it to work
PLEASE HELP
