Please help....
I want to create a DVD-r which has 2 x SVCD films on it and runs from a Menu.
I have DVD-Lab which i intend to use to Author the DVD-r and create the
menus etc.
The trouble is i have the following problems regarding the actual films
(AVI) that i have.
1: Even though the file is checked and reported as error free by TMPGENC
i get CBR audio errors.
2: Also the Audio in the AVI film is of MPEG and not AC3 as i have seen on
the conversion guides from AVI - SVCD on this site.
I saw the High Quality SVCD from AVI tutorial but it doesn't mention how the Audio should be processed. In my case i used DVD-Lab t transcode my Audio to 48.0KHz but this then left the sync about 4 seconds out of kilter.
Could someone please tell me how to convert AVIs to SVCD with Audio (which is MPEG NOT AC3) which will be DVD compatible.
All help appreciated.
Please not i am not a complete Noobie as have converted films in the past but the plethora of techniques is mind blowing and yet none seem to quite
apply to me in the scenario above.
Thankyou and Happy Xmas to all.
