  1. Can i edit ONLY selected frames on VDUB?

    I dont want edit ALL the movie.

    I'd like select frames and add a filter to edit only them.

    if it is not possible on VDUB ,which is other program could i use?

    Since the entire movie contains the same settings, why not make several clips. Once of the video before the filter, one with the filter applied, and one after the filter. The join all the files, using the append function, or AviSynth.

    There is a Conditional Filter for Vdub that runs other
    filters on selected frames only.
