TMPEGen dvd authoring program question about chapters

I burned my first dvd and there is only one chapter. I have read the guides on how to do it but i am still confused. Can someone tell me what to do? Thanks!

When you add a mpg file to a new or existing project a sub screen will pop out with 2 tabs on it with clip information and chapter cut edit,click on the chapter cut edit and you will see a scroll bar that is your movie play time,grab the little marker at the beginning of the bar and move it to the desired time in the movie you want and click on add current frame to chapter,you can then drag the marker to another frame and repeat this up to 99 times for a total of 99 different chapters.
