remove vob before burning--so confused!!

Hi, I used smartripper to put the entire DVD, not just the movie, to my hard drive. Done this thousands of times.
Ok so, the vob I want to remove is VIDEO_TS.VOB it is 2 MB.
If I just remove it from the folder with the other vobs and bups, how do I edit the ifo file?
I know I need to use ifoedit(I guess), but just what am I to do?
I have read all that I can on vobs here---I tried using vobrator along with IFOEDIT but am still clueless!

Any help would be much appreciated or guide me in the right direction.

I will then use NeroExpress to burn.

Why exactly do you want to remove the VIDEO_TS.VOB? As you said- it's only 2 MB.

It is the dreaded Disclaimer I would like to eliminate.
