    What template to chose for video CD.......What is the differnce between the normal Video Cd template(PAL or NTSC)and the 1246ksbs Viedo CD template?......When do i use it.......Does it deal with the frames from my original clip??

    the difference is higher btrate video & lower bitrate audio..effectively making it a xVCD...if you dont know what bitrate is/does....do some reading
