Burning DVD question

I got a set of files ripped from a dvd5 ripped with dvddecrypter in files mode. I then use nero to burn, my question is what happened to the menus and extras? I only get the main movie to play when I play the dvd. If I ripped all those files out in file mode, then how do I get the complete dvd again with menus, extras and stuff??

When you ripped the files did you remeber to select all. And From What I manged to learn so far. Since it was a DVD5 you were copying, you would have been better off doing a 1:1 copy with DVDShrink. Also ther have been many post where people were having burning [roblems when using NERO.

I understand that if it's a dvd5 I might as well do a one to one copy in iso mode then burn the iso. But what if I ripped in files mode and I do select all and ripped all the files. When I burn, I also select all the ripped files then how do I get the complete cd with menus and extra again using the ripped files because I dont' see the menus and extras like when I see them in dvd shrink layout? So far Nero has done great for my burning and no problems.

try pushing the menu button on the Player. just a thought but some DVDs auto play the movie when its inserted and you have to hit menu to actually go to the main menu.

You also said something about the way its laid out in DVD Shrink. you didn't by chance reauthor the disc did you? if you reauthor and add the movie and extras to the reauthor window. the extras will play like another track since DVD Shrink doesn't create new menus. It doesn't sound like you've done this but thought I'd mention it just in case.
