  1. Ok I transcoded a wav to AC3 earlier in the day and everything was fine. Now I need to go back and transcode the same wav file to AC3. When I press the wav to AC3 button this message comes up on the log

    BeSweet v1.5b24 by DSPguru.

    Error 85: support for ac3enc.dll had been removed due it its suckness!
    Quiting...
    [00:00:00:000] Conversion Completed

    What does that mean?

    And can someone help me please?

    Hi,

    I can't help with your BeSweet problem, but I can help you to get your .wav to AC3.

    I had trouble with BeSweet myself and tried ffmpeg (with Baldrick's ffmpegGUI) - it uses the same encoding algorithm, so you get the same file, but is MUCH simpler to use.

    Give it a go. Hope it works out OK...
