Where/How do I find the codec(s) that I'm using to capture? Are they listed in a folder?

What do you use to capture? Codecs are usually in the System32 folder.

I'm using a DAC-100 by datavideo. I'll check the SYSTEM32 folder but don't know if I'll be able to tell what's what... thanks.

I thought the DAC-100 is like the ADVC-100, and captures to DV with a hardware codec....
