    I understand I need to convert to Mpeg2, although Studio seems to be able to use AVI files as well, to author DVD's. How do I convert the RM's?

    There are a ton of guides on the menu on to the left. I think you'll find what your looking for under "convert".

    i would use eo video to convert the rm file to avi and then convert the avi file to mpeg using tmpgenc. it works cos i do this all the time.
