Hi, First time trying to convert a divx file to DVD. I have been following videocheez's guide dated 10/11/03 and all has gone well. I have created an avs file as per the guide, however I get an error message from both Windows Media Player and CCE stating 'error #80040154' unable to download appropriate decompressor or a decompressor was downloaded for this file but it didn't work, try re-starting your player or browser. I have tried re-starting both but to no avail. I would be grateful if the all-knowing could help the dumb but determined.

Sounds like you are missing a codec. Use gSpot to determin which
one.
