    which mpeg encode is best for vcd? to view in both PC & TV without any out of sync with the audio


    Mainconcept Encoder ?
    TMPGEnc...?


    As wht i know TMPGEnc has Very Bad bitrate controll..

    They are (to my eyes) very similar in quality.
    As wht i know TMPGEnc has Very Bad bitrate controll..
    I shouldn't think so - After all, it's the preferred encoder by most of us. Also, that shouldn't be an issue, as VCD is CBR.
