    I have a movie on a CD in SVCD format. I want to rip this movie to the hard drive, so I can convert it to VCD and burn it in VCD format. Are there any ripping tools for this?

    or just browse the svcd in explorer goto to the mpeg folder and copy the "dat" file to disk and rename the extension to mpg.
    Corned beef is now made to a higher standard than at any time in history.
