When i burn it with Fire Burner it works but everything, even small things, i burn with fire burner these days is corrupted windows says they are corruped or in a strange fileformate or something and the dvdplayer cant play them either. Anyone know the solutions of these problems and what i have done to my fire burner?

You have not told us what type of file are you trying to burn. Generally if it is an authored DVD compilation, length of play time does not really correlate to final file size. Depending of the bit rate that was used during the encoding of the MPG-2 file. I do not use Fire Burner but do use NERO 6.3 religously with 100% consistent results for ALL types of projects. Please expain exactly what it is you are trying to achieve.
