How to make/edit custom dvd covers

Does anyone know how to create customised DVD Cases & the cd faces,They are for my little Nephew who is coming up for 2 this year.It's called the bear in the big blue house,It's something like the teletubbies and i have searched a few of the cover sites and can only find one cover from coverkingdom which isn't the one i have and so i was hoping someone could tell me how using Photoshop v7 or v8 that i could create one properly from scratch or by either using the other dvd cover and editing it,So that when finished it looks like a real case.Thanks James..

You can also try www.cdcovers.cc. They seem to have some of the kids movie covers.
