TMPGEnc DVD Author updates errors--uninstall

Hi

I have just tried to install the latest update for TMPGEnc DVD Author, but i keep on getting messae to insert the cd so it can get a file to uninstall it. If i manually try to uninstall through control pannels i still get the same error. Is there a way yo come arround this as i did not get the cd but just got the download version.

if you've still got the ORIGINAL installation file that you downloaded and installed, you might try just doing a simple install of it in order to regain the associated uninstallation utility files that you somehow wiped off your computer.

if not, you might try reposting your query in TMPGenc's website forum if no further help is posted on this board.
