something similar to Neat Image, but for virtualdub. anyone?

I'm looking for a plug-in with the same porpouse of Neat Image but i want to do it with video, cause Neat image only works with normal pictures, not with video.

Most common, Noise reduction filters suc#s, cause video usually looks with pastel colors, and i hate that. That's why i'm looking for something similar to neat image, cause it just focus on grain leaving everything intact.

NeatImage is a program for noise reduction, that also came with a plug-in for photoshop.

This program does not acts like common noise reduction filters. It is more complex, because it just remove grain and cyan,red,yellow colors that not belong to an specific part of the photograph.

For example:
When we shot in the dark places with 1CCD camcorders, we get some grain in the dark areas, we never get a pure black zone. Neat image helps to remove this grain without smoothing the picture. It helps to preserve the natural picture removing everything that we call NOISE.

Neat Image is a digital filter designed to reduce visible noise in digital photographic images. http://www.neatimage.com/ I have a digital camera so I might check this out later. Sorry I don't know much about video filters.
