Does MPEG2 2pass looks better than MPEG1 2pass using same bitrate 700-800 in TEMPG
I know mpeg2 is slower but will i get better results (on my standalone ?

at those crappy bitrates, mpeg-1 preforms better than mpeg-2 regardless of # of passes...but quality will still be poor just due to the low bitrates
