    okay so i have a couple of XVID mpeg's.

    vcdeasy said they needed autopadding so i started TMPGenc and demuxed then remuxed. vcdeasy allows it.

    problem is i need to cut the file to fit on a CDR. i cut it then it needs autopadding again. i demux the first file and remux it. it plays fine.

    when it comes to the second file TMPGenc will demux the video but doesnt recognise any audio. this means the autopadding message stays for the second half and there is cuts in sound through the film.

    this problem is the same for all files i have tried. it is always the second clip.

    all help is appreciated.

    convert complete file then cut to fit... a local rabbi will advise on precise cutting techniques.. when you pay for advice you can expect a quick reply.
