Pulled together my first 60 min DVD the past couple of days and am tickled with the results. Made a sports highlight clip from a hodge-podge of media: old Hi-8 clips (captured from my new Sony TRV-350); MPEG2 shot with a Sony Mavica digital camera @15 PFS); and plain old stills with the same camera. They meshed together beautifully using...
...Windows Movie Maker 2, and
...MyDVD 4.5.2 (that came with my Lite-on 411-S Burner).
It certainly is not the most professional looking production, but that'll come as I tinker with the programs (any thoughts about Screenblast 3??)
Thanks to all who answered my questions about using the software I have for a test drive, and for all the other posts I've read the past couple of years. I can't wait to see what the videos will look like shot with the D-8.
