    I have some DVDs which I bought, that have great deleted scenes on them.

    I have ripped the movie and delted scenes using DVDShrink. And I'm left with the VOBs. Is there any possible way to EDIT the VOB files (frame by frame) and insert the deleted scenes back into the movie VOB without having to convert the VOB into AVI or any other format, and then having to convert BACK into VOB and loose major quality?

    you could probably do this with DVD shrink in reauthor mode. Just follow the DVD shrink guides.
