    hi i just lost my info format c. now i need to download all the codecs to watch the movies etc etc etc. im v sorry but they seem to have changed since the last time i d.loaded em. etc nimo codec pack. was the last one i used. can u please put me up to date with what i will need thanxs.

    Dont download a codec "pack" some contain spyware/adware.

    go get divx 3.11, 4 & 5. then get xvid codec. if things still dont play check file w/ gspot and it will tell you the ones your missing.

    AC3 Filter
    OGG codec pack
    FFDShow
    MP3 Codec
    MPEG2 codec

    That's it, all free, go look in the tools section. If you want to encode, you will want DivX 5.1 and/or XviD.
