Has anyone tried to print directly on DVD media using regular Inkjet printer? I have Epson Stylus Photo 825 printer, and found on eBay an auction for instructions on how to convert Epson printer for printing directly on CD/DVD media. I am interested in purchasing blank printable DVD media and print directly on DVD, but what I don't understand: how can you place a DVD disk in regular printer and click print button when most printers are designed to load the paper vertically while printed paper comes out in horizontal position, not to mention some HP printers that turn the paper 180 degrees during printing? What about the chance of scratching the "working" surface of the disk while going through the printer?
