I'm new with this whole VirtualDub program could anyone teach me on whta settings i should do, what codecs i should use, what are filters and i've been hearing about frame drops, should i do that and if yes how?. I'm using a AMD1.2ghz 320sdram 15gb 5400rpm HD Matrox Marvel g450 etv (similar to ATI AIW). thanks!

    VirtualDub is a very flexible program. You can use it to capture analog video. Also you can use is for video editing.

  3. ok thanx! i'll try it. I plan to use it for capturing and editing. Also, i downloaded a new codec, DivX 4.01, is it good? what settings should i use?
