I am using Shrink on Automatic and it gets my movie down to 4,464MB, but my problem is when I use ImgTool Classic to make the image it blows it up to 4,699MB and it wont fit on the Disc. Does anyone know anyway around this or away to fix this? Any help will be greatly appreciated. TIA

I use DVD Decrypter to rip the DVD to hard drive. Then DVDShrink to make it fit a single disk. Then my burning software to simply burn the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders to DVD. Project finished. This is a very simple deal here.
Nero isn't one of my most favorite programs and I don't like anything that requires it. I 'won't' use it. RecordNow DX is my favorite right now. It's simple to use and straight forward. No tricky stuff.
Another simple burning package is included with TMPGenc DVD Author.
The burning process for DVDs is very simple. Just create those two folders and close the disk. Now that's pretty simple. Your disk project shouldn't be very much larger than your shrink version. That difference is called "Size on Disk", and will add a little sometimes.
Good luck.
