    When checking for media info on dvdr disc with DVDInfo Pro the software will run using my DVD Rom but I get an error message (no media in drive) if I try checking media in my DVD Writer, how can I correct this problem. Thank you.

    DVD Rom - Pioneer 105
    DVD Writer - Plex 708

    I don't mess around. No honestly I had upgraded to the new firmware 2 days ago but had not tried to see if that fixed DVDinfo pro problem. When I got your reply I stuck in a blank DVD and "walla", it worked and gave me the media info I needed and also read disc for errors. I did not think about doing this after I upgraded the firmware until you suggested it. Thanks again.
