I have a mpeg 2 file capture from TV at 9500 and want to cut the commercial and render down to Variable bit rate of 6000.
When I use either program the result mpeg, whenever there is motion, it is shaky and looks like there is ghosts shawdows. If I used Vegas 3 and everything is fine.
I am not sure if I did some settings wrong. Please help
thanks

Hi sorry about it.
But what is field order? I read that for TV capture I should use Top first and if it is DV then Bottom first. But when I see the setting in Vegas, it says Interlaced, bottom first.
The way I currently encode is Bottom first, but there is no Interlaced options to choose.
So I should encode using top first?
Thanks
Wilson
