    how can i go about changing a dvd to a vcd its a wedding recording that i want to save on vcd

    Smartripper puts the VOB files on your hard drive.
    DVD2AVI converts the VOB's to a wav file and a D2V project file.
    TMPGEnc converts the D2V and wav to mpeg1.
    VCDEasy authors and burns the mpeg to VCD.
